The 5 Best Kid’s T-Shirt Brands
Discovering cool, unique t-shirts for kids is harder than it sounds. Most of our own favorite brands have a very limited selection for our little ones, if any at all. The other option we’re faced with is the big-box stores where we’re left with cheesy graphics that say “daddy’s little slugger” or have a huge Sponge Bob design with 13 different bright colors plastered on the front. No thanks. We already have enough Superhero t-shirts for the boys to choose from. Thankfully, and after hours scouring the web, we were able to discover a new breed of kid’s brands that have popped up online over the past couple of years. Here’s a list of our favorites.
Sawyer is quickly becoming our new favorite kid’s brand. Their clothes are known to be ridiculously soft and our own product testers (read: kids) seem to always favor wearing these over anything else. “So soft” is the comment even our youngest of kids makes after putting one of these t-shirts on. The graphics are stylish as well and more than once we found ourselves wishing they made a product in our size as well. Sawyer was started with a mission to get kids to be kids again – you know, outside playing in dirt and climbing trees. With the way kids these days are glued to their devices, this is a mission we can get behind. Their Instagram page is really cute too.
2. Cat & Jack
Yes, we know Cat & Jack is a brand by Target, a big-box store. However, we felt they belong on this list for a couple of reasons. First, the prices are totally affordable for any budget. Second, they actually have some pretty cool styles for the little ones. Plus, what mom doesn’t love a good Target trip.
3. Hannah Andersson
Watch the spelling of the name, it catches a lot of moms off guard. Hannah Andersson offers a wide selection of cute, stylish clothes for kids of all ages and their products are well made. Overall their styles a little more on the generic side but let’s spin that as a positive thing, there’s likely something for everyone.
Based in New Zealand, Pop Factory Shop is an Instagram favorite with their trendy pop designs. While their prices are a little on the high end, especially when you factor in the shipping from halfway around the world, their stuff is very exclusive and unique. So if you’re the mom that loves finding cute clothes for your kids that you won’t see other kids at the park wearing, this shop is one you definitely need to check out.
5. H&M
Huge selection, affordable prices, trendy designs… what’s not to love about H&M? There’s definitely no shortage of cheesy pop culture tees though, but get past those and there’s all sorts of fun progressive designs in their for the cooolest of kids.
There you have it, our (my;)) list of favorite places to shop for kid’s t-shirts. What about you? Drop some of your favorites in the comments below and let us know why you like them so much. We’d love to update this list as we find more cool shops & brands for the little ones.
