I am enjoying the new Muppets television show, but feel something there’s lacking. The sketches. The original Muppet show was an all-out variety show with zany things happening to the Muppets and their guest stars behind the scenes. The mid-season return of The Muppets boasts a new direction (and behind the real scenes, new writers). And all signs are pointing to more sketches, so I’m keeping my fingers crossed.

The Muppets are best at parodies. From movies like Treasure Island, to songs like Bohemian Rhapsody, they have a knack for making existing properties their own. No wonder they have some of the best T-Shirts. Below are some of my favorites, and yeah, if you haven’t guessed I’m a little fond of Beaker.
